Wow! Here we are at the start of another milestone in the training for Online Tutor Mentoring! How did we make it thus far? by sticking it out and systematically doing what was asked of us. Of course time management was a key factor and will be even more so for the next eight days! This is going to be a challenge for me as i have an important event this week that requires my personal attendance and will cut into my time allocated for working on the module.
in the previous module i really enjoyed most sessions where i was able to learn new things to add to my repertoire of computer related skills, spreadsheets were challenging but fun, word processing a breeze, learning the just in time method was interesting and finally synthesizing an ICT related lesson was both stimulating and refreshing, i am now rethinking new ways of doing old things in the classroom via ICT's.
One of the ways i am going to try and cover ground in these modules is to work on it one piece at a time wherever i can grab the chance but my one suggestion is that maybe we can double up on our module allotments in order to clear me for the three days this week where i will be extremely busy. What say you Gerald?
